Serving Each Other
Sunday mornings at Brent Presbyterian Church are also a time of study and fellowship. At 10 a.m. we meet in the fellowship hall for a family Sunday School class which is led by one of our elders. There is a children’s catechism class that also meets during this time. On Sunday evenings, we also gather in the fellowship hall for singing, prayer and Bible Study with our pastor leading the discussion. This is a time when we are able to encourage one another in our faith as we mature in Jesus Christ.
On Wednesday nights, the congregation comes together for a fellowship meal at 6 p.m. This is an important time in the life of the congregation as we share our lives (and food!) with brothers and sisters in Christ. Following the meal, we spend a few minutes preparing for the next Sunday’s worship service as we sing through the hymns and look over the liturgy. We conclude the evening with an extended time of prayer. If you would like to join us for a Wednesday night meal, we would love to have you.
